About Trevor

Trevor was lucky enough to be brought up in a home that revolved around real estate. Both of his parents have been in the industry for more than 20 years each. Because of this, he has gained an amazing amount of information that many other Realtors had to gain on their own. Trevor grew up in the South Okanagan and has extensive knowledge of the properties and surrounding attractions.

Trevor is not only a licensed realtor, he also has a Property Management license and a Strata Management license.

About Lisa

Lisa has always been interested in Real estate, from a young age she used to tag along with her dad to his carpentry jobs (he’s a cabinet maker) just to see other people’s houses. She really enjoys working with people and has developed excellent communication skills and attention to small details working in the dental field prior to becoming a realtor.

Since 1922, our families have served the South Okanagan and we proudly continue the tradition. Trevor’s great grandfather R. W. Smith opened the first drug store in Oliver in 1922 and the family has served the South Okanagan in one capacity or another since then.
